Perfect for sweet-tooth culture seekers, or those simply wanting to try something new, you’ll learn how to recreate these treats with confidence - guided by passionate chefs who know the dishes inside-out!

    • THE MENU

    Please note the menu may vary slightly based on seasonal produce and availability.

  • Tres Leches - Latin sponge cake soaked in three types of milks
  • Picarones - Peruvian doughnuts
  • Choco Torta - Argentinean layered cake with chocolate biscuits and dulce de leche
  • Golfeados - Venezuelan sugar cane rolls
  • Beijinhos de Coco - Brazilian coconut truffles


    • DIETARY REQUIREMENTS 

    Due to the nature of the ethnic produce and traditional recipes used in this class, adjustments to dietary requirements may be limited (gluten-free, vegetarian and limited vegan options). If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, we recommend reaching out before booking to ensure we cater to your needs. Please email us at hello@otaokitchen.com.au at least 10 days before your class to ensure you requirements are cater for. 


    RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS 

    • More than 14 days before the event: One complimentary reschedule, any subsequent date change $49pp. 
    • Within 14 days from the event: Changes allowed only for medical reasons (with a certificate) and incur a $49pp admin fee.
    • Within 7 days from the event: Changes allowed only for medical reasons (with a certificate) and incur a $78pp admin fee. 
    • No refund or reschedule if you arrive late, leave early, or cancel due to bereavement, injury, or illness (consider travel insurance). 
    • If unwell, please consider sending someone in your place. 


    ARRIVAL & LATENESS 

    Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you get the most out of your experience. We’re unable to accommodate late arrivals or repeat instructions, as this would impact the experience for other guests who arrive on time.
