Booking & Terms

  • Minimum Spend: $3650 per event.
  • Deposit: 50% or 10 seats (whichever is greater) required at booking.
  • Final Payment: Due 14 days before the event, with confirmation of participant numbers and dietary requirements.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 14 days in advance – 50% refund of deposit.
    • Less than 14 days before the event – No refund, full payment required.

For larger events, additional kitchen hire, staff, and equipment can be arranged. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and budget.
