Our classes are small and meticulously planned, requiring precise resource allocation, so we trust you understand. You can give your seat to someone at no charge.

Rescheduling Options:

  • More than 2 weeks away: You can reschedule your class once free of charge. Any additional reschedules will incur a $49pp admin fee each time.
  • Within 2 weeks before the event: A last-minute cancellation fee of $78pp applies.
  • COVID-related cancellations: If you’ve tested positive for COVID-19 or any sickness, please email us immediately at hello@otaokitchen.com.au to amend your booking. The above fee is still applied. 

Please visit our calendar to select a new date for your class. Once you have chosen your preferred date and time, email us at hello@otaokitchen.com.au with your order number and new details. We will update your existing order and email you a new confirmation.

Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class due to operational issues or insufficient bookings (less than 5), we offer the following options:

  • Reschedule to an alternative date of your choice, free of charge.
  • Full refund if you prefer, which can be processed upon your request.
