Beverage Offerings at OTAO Kitchen

Enhance your cooking experience with our carefully selected beverage packages. Choose from complimentary drinks, premium selections, or pre-ordered wines to complement your culinary journey.

Standard Beverage Package (Included)

Each participant will receive 1-2 drinks during their 2-3 hour cooking experience.

Beer:

MoonDog Tropical Lager

Wine:

White: Nugan Estate Pinot Grigio 2023
Red: Nugan Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, Talinga Park Pinot Noir
Sparkling: Taylor Ferguson Premium Brut Cuvee

Non-Alcoholic Options:

Soft Drinks: Coke, Diet Coke, Lemonade, Ginger Beer
Still & Sparkling Water

Premium Beverage Package (Upgrade Available)

Upgrade your experience with a wider selection of drinks for an extended period.

1 Hour (2-3 drinks) – $35 per person
2 Hours (4-6 drinks) – $54 per person
Includes all standard drinks plus additional selections, including non-alcoholic options.

Pre-Order Wine Package (Custom Selection)

Prefer a personalized touch? Order wines from Rochford and have them delivered directly to OTAO Kitchen.

Service Fee: $12 per person
Delivery Requirements:
- Wines must arrive at least 2 days before the event to allow for proper chilling.
- Delivery will be accepted at the back entrance with a designated contact person for access.
- Please notify us at hello@otaokitchen.com.au to ensure proper handling.
Wine Selection: We will source similar or higher-quality alternatives if a specific wine is unavailable.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

OTAO Kitchen is committed to providing a safe, friendly, and responsible environment for all guests. Our staff are trained in the Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) and are required to:

Refuse service to intoxicated individuals.
Ensure compliance with the Liquor Control Reform Act, which prohibits serving alcohol to intoxicated or disorderly persons.
Encourage moderate consumption and promote a safe drinking culture.

For a standard cooking class, each guest receives 1-2 drinks over 2-3 hours. Guests who purchase the Premium Package can expect 1-2 drinks per hour, including soft drinks.

Getting Home Safely

We encourage all guests to plan their transport responsibly:

Designate a driver who will refrain from drinking and ensure safe transport home.
Take a taxi or rideshare – Nearby taxi ranks are available at Whiteman Street and Clarendon Street entrances.
Use public transport – Trams and buses run along Victoria Street and Church Street, connecting to the city.
Never accept a ride from someone under the influence of alcohol.

If in doubt, do not drive after consuming alcohol. Your safety and the safety of others is our priority.
