KEY DETAILS
- Minimum 6 to a maximum of 10 people (with Covid19 spacing). Minimum 8 to a maximum of 15 people before Covid19 for the Richmond venue. We can host 20-80 people in other venues (Hotel Amora or Melbourne Bowling Club - Flagstaff pending on their availability
- We charge a minimum of $650 per group nett (2-4 pax). We charge $95pp nett for group (6-8 or more pax).
- For private groups, children from 10 years old can join and cook with their parents. Children from 12 years old will be treated as an adult as they will require a shared set of ingredients.
- Our 2-3 hour classes can start at 10 am, 2 pm and 6.30 pm.

- We include 2-3 beers, sparkling wine, red and white white, soft drinks for the duration of 2-3 hours. A welcome refreshment will be offered. For safety reasons, guests can drink once their cutting is finished.
- Guests can order (1) apron $45 each (2) photographer $250/hour (3) Japanese knife $100-$300 and wooden chopping board $40-$120
- Bookings: Mon-Thu can be scheduled for private. Fri-Sun we will need to negotiate the time as we have scheduled classes already so we prefer to have the minimum notice of 2 weeks.
- Cancellations: To book the date/time, a deposit of equivalent to 4-seats required. We prefer to have a confirmed booking so we already reduced a minimum order normally of $1,200 to $650 nett rate for the agents. See booking terms HERE.
ON THE DAY
- Our Private and Corporate Cooking Events are 2-4 hours in length. We begin with a complimentary refresher while guests are arriving. Next, we prep for 1 hour. Then together we cook all the dishes. Finally, you and your guests can enjoy new flavours, exotic ingredients, cooking, drinking, eating and sharing your creations around a large kitchen table.
- We handle all the arrangements so you and your guests can enjoy the bonding time together. Beyond a one-stop activity spot, we really pride ourselves on the fact that our cooking experiences truly bring people together in a unique way, smelling, feeling, slicing, dicing, rolling and panfrying.
- We are not an ordinary cooking class, there is no recipes or slide show or lecturing, we are a playful arena where you and your guests can build connections, make great memories and as well healthy and freshly made foods.
- We include a competitive or relaxed style of cooking in this 3-hour class.

Our well-travelled chef instructors will guide you through 4 diverse cooking traditions, spanning 4 classes, which can be attended individually or as a package. In this hands-on class, you'll be navigated through preparing numerous beautiful and tasty morsels of food. This class has been crafted to teach you all the skills necessary for you to be able to prepare your own Asian finger foods at home, perhaps a perfect solution for your next party at home. Whether you're looking for new and creative ideas for your next dinner party, a unique date night, we offer an engaging and thoroughly convivial experience.
We'll take you, step by step, through professional, yet approachable techniques to impress your guests at the next cocktail food party you host. Everyone cooks around our long, hand-made spotted gum kitchen bench for an interactive and sociable experience. Each month, we will alternate through our humble yet well thought out menu of finger foods and the street foods of Japan, Thailand, China and Vietnam.
