A great way to spend time in iso. Instructions were clear and everyone worked at their own pace. The family were very impressed with my new Vietnamese cooking skills. Loved it. Thank you so much for the Vietnamese cooking class on Saturday. I really enjoyed it and look forward to doing another class in the near future.

I love the fact that Chef Ha explains the reasons for the cooking techniques, example: why is it better to char the vegetables, or the reasons why we use a specific type of sugar. I also like his friendly & approachable nature. Over all, the cooking lesson is a worthy investment of time.
