In this unique corporate cooking program, your group works side by side to prepare nourishing multi-course meals to enjoy together, with the option to create additional meals for donation through BANH Inc., a local organisation supporting vulnerable communities in North Richmond and Collingwood.
Guided by professional chefs, teams cook from scratch while building stronger communication, collaboration, leadership, and delegation in a setting that feels both meaningful and enjoyable.

How the Cooking Experience Works
- Your group is divided across four kitchen tables, with each table focused on one cultural cooking theme. Teams prepare: two savoury dishes one dessert
- The menu is designed to fit comfortably within a two-hour cooking session, with desserts selected for speed, simplicity, and easy service.
- All dishes are suitable for: sharing, transport and reheating
- This makes the experience ideal for both onsite dining and optional community meal support

On the Day
- Welcome drinks and chef briefing to start
- One hour of prep followed by a focused cooking round in teams of 2–5
- Prepare 2–4 meals for donation, plus your meal to enjoy onsite
- Sit down for a shared team meal with drinks included
- Optional team competition with prizes for fun and motivation

Celebrate your team’s effort just a short stroll away at The National Hotel in Richmond — ideal for casual drinks, debriefing, and bonding.
Booking Info
- For the event listed above, a minimum of 10 participants or $1650 (whichever is greater) is required.
- Full payment is needed at the time of booking to secure your session for up to 12 guests (2-hour session) or 10 guests (3-hour session), provided the booking is made within 14 days of the event date. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
- For groups larger than 12 or 10 guests respectively, the date can be secured with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due three (3) weeks before the event, along with final guest numbers and dietary requirements.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 14 days, no refund will be issued and the minimum spend will still apply. No refund will be given for no-shows or early departures on the day.
- Final numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 14 days before your session. This allows us to pre-order ingredients and allocate staff accordingly.
