HIGHLIGHTS
For the home cook novice, the 30-minute meal options can be fun to do. Cooking the meal in 30 minutes is something you would do at home most days for your dinner so why not make this special challenge at work for a bit of fun? You will explore:
- The fundamentals of fresh ingredients and flavors
- How to prepare a range of quick, healthy and authentic recipes from fresh pasta, pizza to dumpling!
- Have fun with cooking, sharing and eating bonding experience
- A wonderful meal to enjoy at the end, with complimentary a glass sparkling wine or beer
ON THE DAY
The experience will be for 2 hours so you might cook two rounds. We will set the kitchen up according to the menu of the country you choose. Working in teams up to 2-3 people, you will be making 1-2-3 components for your meal from scratch in 30 minutes. Each team will finish and present the dish for other teams to judge 50% and our chef judges 50%. Only one product or plate will be present and the rest of the meal will be shared among the group. You might win a trophy! For the judging, each team will provide a set of dishes for tasting and taking photos.

BOOKING TERMS
- A minimum charge of $1,650 is applied to all group and venue bookings. If your group number falls below the minimum spend, the minimum spend is applied.
- A deposit of 10 seats or 50%, whatever is greater, is required to confirm your booking. Payment may be made via credit or debit card, cash or invoice. Full payment is required at the event booking time, within 14-day of the event date. The balance is due 14 days before the event upon confirmation of the guest number and their dietary requirements.
- If cancellation is made with more than 14-day notice, we will refund 50% of your deposit. For a cancellation is made within 14 days, no refund will take effect, and you will have to pay for the minimum spend. If your group voluntarily leave or does not show up to the event on the day, no refund will take effect.
- Final numbers and dietary requirements for your session must be confirmed no later than 14-day prior to the start time of the cookery session in order to give us enough time to pre-order the necessary ingredients and staff.
